I chose a tree as my 'logo'. I am a nature lover, but that's not why. Trees represent growth. They are strong, resourceful, productive and uniquely contributing to the beauty and potential of life itself. Sometimes trees need to be trimmed and redirected but mostly they know just what to do. They are just like my clients.

I chose my 'tag line' to be 'create the life you want'. If we want our lives to be different, even a small part of it, it is up to us to take the steps to make it different. We may not get everything we want but if we don't make a course correction, we for sure won't.

Coaching is a way to wake us up, to see how powerful we are, and to give us the tools that can guide us into creating positive, successful and fulfilling lives.

At a time when we're acutely aware of how precious resources are, coaching is a way to invest in your most valuable asset: YOU. Your well-being not only enhances your own life but it has a positive ripple effect on everyone around you, your community and our world.
