I am delighted that you've chosen to visit my website, whether you are exploring coaching for the first time or you are looking for your next coach.

If you look in the upper left corner of this page you will find my logo, a tree.  I am a nature lover, but that's not why I chose it. Trees represent growth. They are strong, resourceful, productive, unique and they reflect the beauty and potential of life itself. Sometimes trees need to be trimmed, nourished and redirected but mostly they know just what to do. They are just like my clients, individuals who want to reach their full and authentic potential. I help them do that.

Underneath the tree is my 'tag line': 'create the life you want'. If we want our lives to be different, even just a small part, it is up to us to take the steps to make them different. We may not get everything we want, but if we don't make a course correction, we for sure won't.

Coaching is a way to wake us up, to feel solid about who we really are, to identify what we want to be different and to give us tools to create positive and deeply fulfilling lives.

At a time when we're acutely aware of how precious resources are, coaching is a way to invest in your most valuable asset: YOU. Your well-being not only enhances your own life but it has a positive ripple effect on everyone around you, your community and our world.
